Apartment in buakao area?

I am currently staying in Private rentals bye Meow, Diana Estate in Buakao. I really like this place and looking for somthing simular in the buakao area. Reason is that Meow is fully booked for my jan/feb 2015 trip. Not only Meow, all Diana estate is fully booked.

 

Need to have a pool simular to Diana estate cause I like to swim every day.

 

Good internet is a must.

 

Balcony for smoking is a must, I dont like to smoke where I sleep.

 

Here is no housekeeping so thats not a must.

 

Pricerange 12-15k/ month.

 

I have walked a little around, but it seams hard to find something with a decent sized pool.

 

Any suggestions?

Yes one I thought of is booked solid and that is 24k in low season

Website shows between 590 & 790 baht a night without breakfast.

Also says 'add roomer 200 baht'. Don't know if this means per overnight guest or just for permanent guests??

I've got a mate living in So I Diana Estate for 16 years his never bad any mor then 12,500 b since its opened till now so you never ever know.

Actually I doubt it too, but I am looking for any suggestions, there might be one or two hidden gems worth checking out.

Impossible to beat I guess. I pay now 13k + el and water. Well the room are a little dated, only upgraded with 32" tv, big fridge and new aircon, but still its clean and has full kichenette.

 

But still its the best value I can find in this area. My number one place in pattaya from now on. I will book early for my next year october trip. Also I really like that there is no cleaninglady knocking on my door in the mornign, that can be really annoying. I found out the non serviced apartment is my thing this last month.

I booked Diana oasis last march for this February, and got the last room.

I booked this September for next February for a nicer room from meow .

LK 19 on Soi 19 3rd Road end. 16.5K plus electricity, balcony room and can use the pool at the LK Metro! There are a few more about I will beat the feet and post back.

I can't remember the exact name of the place we stayed in Pattaya. I do know it was dirt cheap, had WiFi, and had a french restaurant downstairs that catered to our every whim, day or night. Owned by a Belgian guy. Service is phenomenal. They ironed our underwear! I think it was at the corner of Soy 6 and something. It's directly across from a place called something that ends in "condoms and cabbages" lol. I wish i remembered more, but it was 5 years ago.

That's a Loooooong way from Soi Buackao, but at 12-15000 bht per month, with a car & driver thrown in, I for 1 would be very interested!
