Body weight squat challenge

I was checking out this video:

So I decided to try it myself at the gym.

 

Did 50 reps of my bodyweight in 5 minutes (more or less 160 pounds :) )

 

It was pretty tough, was still feeling woozy an hour later.

 

Think it's a great way to shake up your training and shock your body once in a while.

Only the weightlifter was hitting proper depth consistently and locking out.  If the reps were held to any kind of standard then the weightlifter smashed the other guys.
