Ganymede Hotel Jomtien - thumbs up

Just spent 4 nights in this hotel. Paid 960thb per night for a deluxe plus room with big TV, excellent bed, clean modern bathroom and wooden flooring as well as free WiFi, nice pool and jacuzzi, spa and fitness centre with 50% discount for guests. Girl friendly too. Close to main baht bus route also and also handy for the airport bus office. Available via Agoda and hotels.com with the latter offering free cancellation. Good reviews also on TripAdvisor.

 

Food and drink not the cheapest but this is to be expected and you are also a 10 minute walk to the main Jomtien Beach road.

 

If you are so inclined there are a few gay beer bars nearby as well as straight ones. But again in Jomtien this is to be expected.

Agree with your experience with Ganymede.  It started out as a gay hotel, but they have since changed over to cater to the straights.  Great location for the beach and easy baht bus access to get back to Patts.  They have many different levels and sizes of rooms, including some that are very budget.
