Monthly rentals

Just wanting to know if someone could point me to a website that does monthly rentals on studio or one bed condo's.

Will need it for a month or two at a time, must have pool.

Very good site but unusual payment situation as you pay back home via the site mechanism but some extremely good recommendations and testimonials, I have communicated with several owners from here, all seem very professional and you can 'shout' your own requirement and get offers back....but its primarily jomtien condos not so many in central pattaya https://www.roomorama.co.uk/short-term-rentals/pattaya

Patrice at PAT Properties is a real estate agent that handles units at VCC/UCC/MyView Condos on Soi 17 and also at Yensabai Condo.   Big pools at both these locations.

 

He's a good guy and easy to deal with but often has low inventory during peak season.  Lots of available rooms during low season.

 

What's especially nice is that the daily rate is the monthly rate/30 so ideal for 3 week stays too.

 Stayed at jerrys condo in Nakula in March and enjoyed my stay.The condo is on the bhat bus route and also some good bars in nakula.I Would recommend as I enjoyed my stay there.
