At least all the tour riders are electronically tagged , as a matter of course, for timing purposes. They will not need the 'ingenious' wrist bands so cleverly proposed by the new Thai minister

 

I used the words, "as a matter of course" deliberately by the way.  I must really get out of the habit of being so fond of using doubtful puns !
