After my stay in Pattaya i had 2 nights in Bangkok. Never been in Bangkok before, thats why i wanted to stay there.

I wanted a hotel not far from Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. And i got a good price thrue hotels.com

Majestic Grande

Check inn and out was fast and easy. I got room 1414, and it was really nice

Majestic Grande have a good location, nice room, Everyone of the staff i met was great. I asked the the front desk on how much time do i use to airport. She asked at what time did i want to leave? I told her and she answered. So early, then you will use about 30min. We used 27min. She was spot on!

I have nothing to complain about except one thing: WIFI is bad, really bad. You get connected, then it falls out, and stay out for 30min to 1h, Then its back. And when you got wifi, it is slow.

Will i go back... Well i would if the wifi was better. Because the hotel and staff are great. But i use wifi alot, and will look after some other hotel next time in town i think.

I wrote this on Tripadvisor also a review of the hootel. And the front Office Manager sent me email the day after the revies was online. They will check and take action about the wifi problem.

If you do not need wifi, the hotel are great.

How much for room. I was looking at this place for my next trip. Obviously Girl friendly??

I had some savings at hotels.com that i used. So i only paid 25$ for two nights :) But it was thrue hotels.com and because of my savings there

It should be girl friendly.

First night i just had dinner, and went to bed. Second night i had monsoon rain. So i did not go out. It was just som fcuking much water from the sky.

I would have got a delivery :-D :-D

Did you see much of bkk, or was it just a place to relax before flight home

Did not see much of BKK :(

I have to admit that i did not think about delivery.... :( Why the fcuk did you have to remind me of that  :LOL2:

Had an early flight back home, so it was better to travel from BKK VS Pattaya

I was going to book there for my upcoming trip but decided on Grande Centre point as it was close to both an MRT and BTS. Nice pics!

I stayed at the Majestic Grande 5 years ago.

Like you, the highlight for me was the excellent staff, so I'm glad to hear they're still great!

Don't recall my rate, but I booked it through Agoda and was very happy with the price.

My flight got in very early, and they allowed me to check into my room at around 8 a.m. (since I had booked through Agoda, I was worried about that). That allowed me to get in a quick nap and shower, before heading out to see some sights....okay....before heading out to get a massage!

Since that trip, I have always gone straight to Pattaya and from Pattaya straight to the airport, but, if I ever wanted to stay a night (or 2 or 3), I wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

I had stayed there for s few times but not anymore. I don't feel comfortable to ride the elevator with the mid-eastern families!

Ride with them with the girl of the night that makes me feel uncomfortable.

I haven't stayed there in a long time, but I remember thinking that they didn't have enough elevators. I read it's because It originally was supposed to be an office building.

Thats a good point! I had forgot that one, but i was thinking that myself when i was there.

I've paid anywhere between $50 - $100 for my room depending on the time of year and how last minute I book. Yes the elevators can get busy but its a nice place in the right location

I've stayed here several times in the last 3 years. I usually paid around 70$ a night. Convenient to Nana Plaza, about 4 short blocks away. Never had a problem bringing a new friend home. It's good if you arrive late like me, check in at 1:00, still have time to pick up takeout.

Nice room, nice common areas. Never used the pool.

ive been there, nice place but i dont like the bath tubs. they need to realize it is not 1980 anymore and put in walk in showers
