Rust prevention for new car close to the sea

A month ago I moved to a seaside condo at Bang Saen. Now I'm becoming concerned about getting rust in my new car from keeping it so close to the seaside. I park the car in an underground carpark, under the condo, but it's very close to the beach, maybe 50 meters away, so there's lots of seaspray and salt in the air. I've noticed lots of old rusted out utes getting around by the beach, and my GF's new Honda mc has some spots of rust appear on the front disc brake. Now I'm thinking it might be safer to move away and not live so close to the sea.

 

Am I worrying too much? Plus I've heard there's some sort of chemical spraying that can be done to prevent rust in a car. Does anyone know about this? Where I can get it done, if it's really effective, and approx. cost to have a ute sprayed?

Think I'll move back to Patts end Oct, rent a house on dark side well away from the sea.
