Hotel close to walking street and beach road

Hi guys, any decent hotel you would recommend for action both in Walking Street and beach road? hotels like Privi hotel? or honey Lodge?

Depending on the price,I just stayed at The Grand hotel on Walking Street.Floor 8 and is really OK.No complaints at all.No one seems to mention it on here so I checked it out myself.Yeah,look it up,go for it .

honey lodge is top ; 1000 baht ; good bed ; good wifi ; good pool ; good tv ; small room with small balcony (but it's ok for me) ; and just near Walking Street and beach road ! i just spent 3 weeks there.
