I thought I made my point, and was prepared to leave it at that. However I feel I must point out I have NO ulterior motive and have NO ties to any business in Pattaya.

I did not classify myself as a victim, this was a tongue in cheek aside to another poster who said I was presenting myself as a victim.

They scraped the plates clean, paid their bill then left!

 

The only part of this statement that is true is that we paid our bill and left. You know full well we did not finish the meals.

I noticed that you have conveniently chose to ignore the other points brought up regarding dress code, access to kitchen by customers and smoking. When R n W first opened it seemed from the outset there were a few problems. Yet with good feedback from the board its seems they were rectified.

I myself bombasted R n W in a debate about the way dishes were falling short of ...lets say, UK chinky's.

I got around to eating some months later ( Jan ) and have to say i was more than satisfied on the two occasions.

If you did not like this when you walked in and sat down ...... why didn't you just up and leave.

 

You must have seen the pool table and the people playing pool as you went to where you were going to be sitting.

 

Don't like it... turn around and leave.

 

Agree ... you would not know about the quality of the food until it was delivered but all the other things that you disliked were on show before you even sat down to order.

Plenty of other places to eat in Pattaya and especially in the area you were in.

Had the special couple of days ago , chicken breast curry and egg fried rice pretty

Good for 189 baht , the pool table is at the back , the set up is a little confusing

The front looks like a beer bar then tables and chairs before the pool table looks

Like a cross between a bar and a restraint .

If you want good Scottish/Chinese...just go to Chow Soy off 1 road back from soi lenkee. Its really good and friendly, does not have a pool table. Also has a air con section and no knobs with Northern Ireland tattoos with there tops off.
