Tokyo - Japanese police arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of a series of cat killings in Tokyo, where the bodies of more than 40 of the animals have been found since April, a report said Friday.

The guy needs his nuts cut off. That may relieve some of his stress. Better yet, feed him some food laced with pesticide.
