The very large room is booked until Noon 23rd Nov, but I could put you in the other good sized room for the 1st 2 night if required or you could stay in the good sized room for your stay.

Things change very quickly as I only have 3 rooms so it is 1st come 1st served basis if you require the room just email me you flight details and dates required and I will confirm

Looking good... I was going to stay around the 2nd Road/Soi Diana area but the little extra distance to Soi Chayapoom seems like it may be worth it.

I'm thinking about a stay of at least a week in one of your large rooms.

 

What's the access to the rooms like during day and nighttime? Do you have to walk through the restaurant or is there some kind of side/back entrance?

The Restaurant is open from 3pm until 2am, you do have to walk through the restaurant to go to the rooms but it does have a seperate door so you do not have any noize. After 2am you do have your own key to enter.

We only have 4 rooms and I live in one, the rooms are above the restaurant which is open from 2pm through until 2am after that you have your own key to get in. I have been here 14 months now and never had a problem with security and I have laptop and PC in my room so I want the building as secure as possible.

As for joiner fee! No

The joiner fee is a quick BJ from the girls before they can go up to your room
