I have stayed here a few times and Dave is a good guy who runs a safe and well located business. I stayed in C building and loved my time there, for the budget you will be hard pushed to find such a complete package as you do there. The breakfasts at the cafe are very good and the company you have around is an invaluable source of wisdom about Pattaya(and a hell of a laugh too).

 

5/5 or 10/10 from me(how ever you wish to score it?) for the budget you wont get a safer and more friendly place to stay!

An example of my doubt would be you have The Queen Victoria on Soi6 listed at 500-1000.  The cheapest room is 575baht, the most expensive being 1100 baht. This is how it is currently listed on the website you have proved to the link to.

 

There is other examples I could go through but don't see the point.

when I said good effort I meant it.  It will give people a rough idea of what the price will be.

 

As bigbill said The Canterbury Tales is good value.  I also like the Queen Vic.  The 18 Coins is a budget hotel on Buakhao, it is not listed here.  I would not recommend it.  Better hotels listed here for the same price on that street or near by.

Nice copy&paste from some russki website and YES, they are usually economical travellers. For the OP I would recommend PS guesthouse or the Walking Street guesthouse. Nice reviews. Also Smiler's, or Ile Bar@soi8 you will feel just like home. They would welcome you with the open arms.

Not on the list, but Sutus Court in Soi Buakhow has a swimming pool and large jacuzzi. Rooms vary around 680 to 800 as long as you don't stop in Sutus 1. They get busy but the rooms are cleaned daily and the position is good.
