6 month rental starting in mid-September

Any recommendations for a mid-September to mid-March condo or room rentals? Good internet is important and I generally like Pattaya Klang or Tai as home-base, but am not afraid of Naklua or Pratmanuk areas if the cost savings allows 2000 baht monthly for a bike rental.

 

I have seen deals as low as 6,000 before, but am looking in the 10-12,000 range.

I'm in a similar position to yourself.  On arrival next week I plan to see what's available around the Nakclua area.  Probably more condo options than central Patts as living over 3rd road doesn't appeal to me.

Try Niran Grandville Condo in Arunathai near Pattaya Klang, close to Big C. Ask and Taxi they can take you there. Go to the High Rise condo for better rooms and rates run at 10,000K Range.

Its a great location l about 400m from Walking Street , just off Pattaya Tai road , near Tukcom .. Wi fi 7M unlimited , costs 500bt/month . Water 35bt/u  electric 5bt/u .cable tv is 300bt/month . Has kitchen & 32 LCD TV , aircons & a balcony . Deposit is 12000bt . If you like Walking Street then its ideal  for you  .
