Restaurant Websites

Recommended Posts

If you need a change from street food and not sure what you want, here's a list of sites for you to browse. If you're like me and like to browse menu's most of these sites will be helpful. All are not actual websites however, some are reviews. Let me know if you have a site you want added and I will periodically update. Bon Appetit!

Note: I am not affiliated with any of these restaurants and I've actually been to very few of them. These restaurants are not rated or ranked by me.

Thanks for taking the time to compile this....very much appreciated. I spend most of my time in hole in the wall type establishments but always enjoy mixing up in some more established restaurants...

Hey mgvon1, did I miss Sugar Hut on your very inspired list of cuisines. I would recommend it to a tourist who wants a memorable experience. It's all about something new and different from one's daily dose of delectables.

Just recently heard that the service was dropped at the Sugar Hut. Sadly because it wasn't like that a few years ago. 2010-2011. Maybe a change of chefs and a high turnover rate could be the reason. It would be nice if it returns to the level it used to be. Beautiful environment.

Please excuse the previous double post. That was unintended, happened to be scouring for Nose Meat to flick out the window at a pigeon.

Sugar Hut has been added though there is not much on their website relating to the restaurant except a few photo's. A few other restaurant links have been added to the list also.

Many thanks to the OP for the list and to Nixon for the Map.

I'm gradually building up a list of places to try in Jomtien in June & July.

I've been trying to lose weight since September so am living off tuna, veg & rice/noodles. By June I'll really be ready to splurge ;-)

Quite a few of the restaurants in Jomtien are FAR too upmarket for me. I don't mind paying for good food but can't stand the poncy, fancily-presented, small-portioned, over-priced places that think far too highly of themselves :-)

I have about 15 places on my list so far, so I won't starve.

Read the review linked to the map, a lot of the up market places have some very good buffets, like Akvavit and New steak and Grill!
