Health insurance for your TG & her kids

The Queen Sirikit Hospital Sattahip (about 1hr from Pattaya) is known for providing very high quality service at very low prices for locals, but even there can still be expensive for serious health issues.

 

I'm thinking for some of my VIP girls that paying for a good quality health and dental insurance plan for her and her kids may be a smarter investment than just giving them an extra tip when I leave.

 

Can anyone offer any tips or warnings for health insurance (not for ex-pats, just locals) and general ideas of cost?
