One Mansion on Soi 3, any good?

Howdy everyone,

 

Currently staying at Marina House off Soi Boukao (Soi 21 near PP Massage).

 

It's a nice place, on a very quiet Soi, but there is a problem:  the

daily walk just to get to Soi Boukao is killing me!  :(

 

I'm already paid for this month, but I think the last two months I want something else.

 

So I'm here for another place for September/October, I think I want to get closer to Beach Road area.  I thought I'd try Welkom Inn, but their rate doesn't seem to change if I stay for a day or a month...

 

I asked around some of the nearby places on Soi 3, and one seemed to stand out was "One Mansion".

 

Has anyone stayed there?  Any room pictures? Other recommendations in the area?

 

Looking for something between 2nd and Beach Road that is relatively quiet and under 20k a month inc utils/maid.
