help or commonsense needed

I've downloaded some music like from a podcast,or  from a music site that has recordings of radio programmes, is there anyway I can separate the music from the talking introducing part?

 

before anyone starts on me, to the best of my knowledge all I have d/l is public domain, I into 1920/1930's dance music.

 

 

any ideas would gladly be welcomed.

 

I just want to put them on dvd. for my own pleasure
