Took a chance on the Chill Bar in soi Nermplubwan (Darkside) without booking Sunday roast. We were in luck. They'd run out of lamb, but served up a selection of meats - chicken, pork and beef - with the veg in their 'small' roast dinner.


The meats were fine, the beef a little rare which I like, pork and chicken tasty. Cauliflower cheese, sweet corn, cabbage, roast spuds, carrots, mash, Yorkshire pud and some really nice home-made stuffing. All delicious.


Would have struggled with the 'large' dinner (190 baht), the smaller version at a mere 120 baht was plenty for me. Best low budget roast I've had on the Darkside. Not sure I've seen cheaper anywhere else. Highly recommended.
