Starlight's on Khao Noi, Tropical Bert's main competition. Lamb chump chop with mash, veg, nice gravy and Mint sauce - 170 baht. Bottle of water, 15 baht. Good solid tasty fare at some of the best prices in Pattaya. Beer at 40 - 55 baht a small bottle too.
