To the OP, sex toys are illegal in Thailand. Been asked lots of times here and on occasions, some places have been able to supply limited items 'under the counter' but with the current political state that exists in Thailand you've got no hope. You won't find them anywhere.

 

Bring from home and hope you don't get checked at immigration (not really a safe bet) or buy a piece of fruit from the market and use it as your 'butt plug'. Anything from a banana to a durian.

There have been shops appear around Pattaya selling 'toys' periodically. The last one I remember was in 3rd Rd opposite Buffalo Bar.

 

None of them ever stopped open long.
