Nice!! how fast  is the internet and how stable is the connection? I would need to work remotely hence the question..Also is this place private? LOL

Our internet connection is a 30mb fibre optic line with 3BB, I stream a lot of sport for the bar so it is important for me to. Not sure what you mean by private, the rooms have their own entrance separate to the bar but it is at the front of the building, if you bring home a gaggle of ladyboys during opening hours someone is likely to notice 555

they look ok in the pics , but i wouldnt want to stay in a room that has been rented out on a regular basis for short time

I'm pretty sure most of the hotel beds in Pattaya see their share of the action

Good luck in business. Thanks for sharing. I think good locality, good price and room looks well. I would only vote for bigger and more stable bed king-size bed. Your looks a little shaky.

 

The beds are excellent for boom boom, tried one out yesterday

They are standard battery keypad safe, there is an emergency key locked in mine. It's enough to deter a casual thief but unlikely to slow down a pro to much. 

 

It might deter an opportunist thief a bit more if the safes were encased in a  cupboard  that could be secured with a Combination Padlock.

 

The manufacturers know that these safes can be opened by anyone without too much trouble and step by step video guides about How to open them are freely available on Youtube.

 

I would think that welded on Padlock straps between door and casing would come as a standard (Belt and Braces) feature.I would like that

 

 

 

 

I wouldn't expect that the average opportunist thief (with access to the room)  carries a set of Bolt Croppers around in her bag (as yet).

Hey Mick.

The bar closes around 2 Thai time so that can be anywhere from midnight to dawn. Long as I know you are coming someone will meet you.

Probably paint at some point for now. Being a lease rather than our building have to try not to over capitalise, the next rent increase is going to be painful enough with the amount of work we have done.

The rooms are located above Soi Honey , and mine comes with a private verandah which is nice to sit and chill on , over a cold beer.

The plasma s are big and new and complete with I guess 80 channels.

Good aircon .

Spacious and full size new fridge .

Tea and coffe and kettle.

It's kinda cosy joint.

Surprisingly pretty quiet by 1am .

As for the staff well you can check them out.

It's a pretty friendly bar .

The sports are all on and advertised .

And the beer is icy cold .

Some friendly expats roll up for a chat and beer.

It's like a home away from home.

Your made to feel welcome and among friends .

Soi LK Metro around the corner and lots to see.

It's an interesting soi in itself.

It's affordable convience and I am glad I chose to stay here.

It's been two weeks plus already with one week to go.

Yes to sum it up a relaxed place , certainly fun and friendly .

Come along for a beer and check it out sometime

 Soi Honey great location I think ,looks very nice new rooms new stuff , shoul do well if the prices are held down lot of rivals in the area ..

 

 On Soi Honey The Scenery hotel in the same soi  bookings at( Agoda ) is another new place starting around 1000 bhrt ,next to the Bay Breeze hotel in Soi Honey but the 2nd road end , there you do get an elevator , 6 floors ,  a  balcony ,and a  pool nearly finished and a resto, both being  finished this month , 70  very large rooms , either 40 sg mtrs superior or 45 sg mtrs deluxe, looks a bargain .. ..

After a struggle to get the right people to start the renovations, I'm happy to see that it's turned out well.

The mail above says rooms from 1,000 baht just down the road ....

 

It's worth noting that 300 baht is almost 6 beers in triangle, and (from a blurry memory) 4 or 5 beers in the bar ...

 

I'm certainly not a cheap charlie (before anyone says anything), but the beers are a consideration ..

 

The girls in the bar aren't too shabby either
