Coop, the owner of  Chik-N-Coop/Pool Bar, is a Marine.  It's in the beer bar complex opposite Mike's Mall on 2nd Rd.  Good guy!

I would go visit Coop anyways at the Chik-N-Coop bar he is a great guy and host and his bar is a favorite of US Military Expats. I will be traveling there in Nov also but not Dec.

Can't say I've ever looked into it, would be under settings some place I assume but would depend on what type of phone/tablet you are using.

Was just wondering if there are any board members that is an ex US Marine and found this wonderful place the same way I did. Traveling with the Corps in the early 90s I came to stay in Rayong for 6 weeks with my unit doing a training exercise called Cobra Gold. Every weekend was spent in Pattaya. Didn't come back for about 20 years after growing tired of the way fat, old American women act and looking for a good vacationing spot. Wish I had started making this journey earlier than I did, but better late than never. My 10th trip will be in December. So is any of my brothers in here?

 

 

Not sure about the American version, but ex SAS are in the bars all around Pattaya. I never realised it was such a big regiment.
