Dr Niran Witchasetsamit, director of Pattani's Ma Yor Hospital, was Thursday named the outstanding rural doctor for last year by Mahidol University's Medical School at Siriraj Hospital.

Congratulations to Dr. Niran, a very dedicated and brave man, doing his best in a very dangerous part of Thailand.
