Hi. I've asked about guest houses around town and was impressed with some.

 

But now apartments and condos rentals in Pattaya. 

 

Affordable and nice and centralized. Are there 8,000 to 10,000 bht a month condo-apartment rental that are half way decent?

 

Any recommendations ?
