If you're getting the <web codes>-crap from Tapatalk like this:

There's an easy fix:
• Uninstall the app and then reinstall it from your App store (iOS or Google, whichever your platform).

• Log back in, and it should be fixed.

 

After a while, something munges the way the application posts responses and it screws up the WYSIWYG on submission. Happens to me occasionally - the only solution is to clear it out and re-add it.

 

Then, you can go back to previous posts, click edit and re-save them - it'll straighten out the codes automagically.

 

Until it begins to do it again...    Flush and repeat as needed.
