1 Bad Review can cost you THOUSANDS!!

Remember this following saying?

“If a customer has an “ok” experience with your company, they might tell 1 person.

If a customer is REALLY happy, on average they tell 3 people.

BUT if a customer is dissatisfied, or angry, they tell on average 9 people!

That was BEFORE the internet...

Because of the power of the internet, 1 Angry Customer Review can now be seen by THOUSANDS of your potential customers, describing what a horrible experience they had.  (OUCH.)

Sounds a bit sketchy, is this something that could get owners in trouble with the review sites?

nothing sketchy about it,I set up systems to make it easy for your happy customers to leave honest reviews.  If a reputation management company tries to get you fake reviews -that's sketchy. If you are  not asking  customers for online reviews -you're not getting,it's that simple .But when you ask you want to make sure they are happy before your encourage them to leave online feedback . Happy to show you a demo of how -if you would like-
