1 month rental wanted

Arriving in Thailand for 3 months on Wednesday 03 June and have an apartment booked for 1 month in bangkok...but I am thinking about skipping that, and just heading for pattaya instead, at least for the first month.

 

I could do with some suggestions for serviced apartments/guest houses with a 1 month rate. Ideally, I would have several to check out in a day, instead of just randomly roaming the area.

 

I would prefer somewhere centrally located, but dont mind if its a little out of the way.

 

Looking for something around 13, 000 baht, if possible.

 

I have a few to look at from pattaya apartment sites, but need some more.

I don't mind a noisy location.
