Arriving on Monday & have trouble with a pinched nerve in thigh area. I will require a cortisone injection & seeking members doctors/clinics recommendations! Thanks.

BTW to late now to obtain one before departure.

As a sports medicine specialist, I see many athletes on the examination table with "hot" inflammation in a joint that is hindering their ability to play their game.

Did you get the injection done??? As i am thinking about it when i arrive at the end of the month,,

Just wondering where you went??  I was told, try deep tissue massage first, by a professional
