Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra Sunday wrote on his Twitter micro-blogging page that the National Council for Peace and Order must return happiness to Thais.

Yea when he returns there cash !!

 

He forfeited 46 billion baht by court judgement in February 2010 as the court found it was earned by inappropriate means. The court returned the other 30 billion baht it had seized.

 

In that sense he has "returned their cash".
