This hotel is always booked, i tried today for 2 weeks, i tried in November for a month, I tried in Oct07.

 

Maybe people need to stop offering this as Pattayas best value as theyll be left without a room next time they want to book.

 

 

"sorry i was quoting someone with regards to PAttaya Bay Resort" this place is always full, but had one fit receptionist today.

Worst service and attitude I have EVER experienced at a hotel. The lady behind the desk could give a shit about you the customer. I was to the point where I just laid my key on the desk and looked at her because I didnt want to talk with them.

 

God forbid you use more than 2 towels in a day...extra charge...toilet paper 2 rolls given each day and if you use more 60 baht a roll.

 

When I checked in they told me they had a swimming pool, of course after I paid the next morning pool was closed for the remainder of the stay. I ask them to use the other LK hotels pool since they lied and simply NO because different owner now. Asked for a discount since there was no pool --NO! I went across the street to the LK Suites to ask them and the lady boy behind the desk said NO. I ended up using the small hotel next door. They were really nice and just ask if I bought a beer I could use their pool free.

 

None of the moto taxis knew where this hotel was. Interent --rip off. 300 baht for 10 hours from the first time you log in and keeps running even if you disconnect. Use any of the 3 internet cafes on the corner.

 

My room faced the road--loud in the morning with motorcyles and honking. My buddy had one that faced the inside and was quiet.

 

Bed kept moving around during sex.

 

As far as the rooms at the LK Mansion-- they were nice for 800 baht. Free instant coffee 7-11am.

I will do some research and get back with you. I am thinking about living there. I was talking to an English man while I was at the pool and he told me he was paying 4,000 a month. The hotel told me 500 a night. I will get on google and see if I can find the name of it. I looked at the rooms and they were nothing to write home about. I was on vacation and wanted that extra nice room so I just used the pool there.

Yeah, the receptionist had a bad attitude at Tim Boutique when I stayed until I educated her in the art of civilised manners and customer service.

 

Sometime you have to give the misbehaved natives a darn good seeing to.

Thanks man, I will look forward to that. Please put down a website adress for the hotel if you find it. 4000baht sounds very good, especially when they have a swimmingpool. All i need else is internet in room :-)

the price has almost dubbled sindce 2008 and is 15000 now

 

I also mailed them once and got no answer, i mailed the aain asking wether they dont like to answer the costumers or they just didnt answer me?!! they answered my mail this time.....wel f..k them this time i didnt mail back.

 

 

anyone else stayed there and has a review about this hotel?
