Well my hat is officially off.

Really looks like you're going the extra mile and a half with everything being done and I sincerely hope the effort pays off.

I'll be in Pattaya from August 2nd for two weeks. Do you think you'll be open by then?

Will pop round anyway for a chat and a cold one.

Best of luck.

In which case, in a purely platonic sense, it's a date.

I'll pop round when I get there and I'll bring you a bottle of Commandaria. Tastes a bit like Port and it's the oldest named wine still in production.

The menu ... Still working on the prices... Gerry may change a few dishes.

Done a great job. Put me down for a rare 600g Aussie T-Bone :Dance1:

Not that I am the spelling police type.....

Quesedilla carne asada description says carned?

Avacado should be Avocado

"Entrees" should be "Mains"?

Just trying to help if you missed these.

Plus need Thai food menu for the ladies ofcourse

Negative.Only in Australia are Entrees served before The main dish.

Its should be "Appetizers" and then "Entrees"

Let's hope the menu is not gone to print because the proof reader needs glasses and an education.

Good luck and see you there. It seems you are doing things the right way. I am sure there is very good market for this type of eatery.

Yes the Thai food is going on the reverse of the menu, there isn't room on the front but it will be there!

Interesting photos, looks like there's a bit more work to go.

I'm staying at China Garden in exactly two weeks time. Will the restaurant be operational by then?

No fresh Salsa? That's what I would want as a starter.

Giving it free with chips when you sit down ... dinner will be an "experience" not served to you in 10 minutes and ushered out the door!! Hopefully people will be choosing 2 courses and spending an hour with us...

Yes we will be open early August, Gerry the Head Chef from the U.K arrives Saturday.... I am sure many more improvements will be made before we open.
