ohhh yes i remember room 6B and that cream sofa :P but that sweet little honey wasnt sat on it in july when i stayed there :) . Dave has done a good job on renovating 6B and with a balcony over looking the soi its a cracker of a room, breakfast at Canterbury Tales is a must and with Neeroys below the room for supper its perfect, did i mention all the bars close by filled with sweet thai girls just outside the door  Great place to stay and Daves a top host will be back again.

Thanks Dean, hope lifes treating you well, see you soon, Dave

Hi Dave

We've met before, I stayed at the Chow Soy (the other Dave's) during April & partook of your big breakfast at least 20 times!!!

Don't worry though, my doctor has put me on statins & my blood pressure is almost normal again :)

Nice golf vid!!! I'm planning to move to LOS next year & I might partake of the 'pointy stick' game when I come over for xmas / new year. If only I could stop holding it like a cricket bat it would be a start :Bravo1:

Anyway, (belatedly) onto my question.

I am about to purchase a pop up mosquito net. Picture a dome / rectangular prism that you can pop over your bed (no support points needed.) It is rated as fitting over a normal double bed, or the mattress of a king size bed.

I know it's a big ask, but could you tell me the dimensions of your beds (in mm) & or the dimensions of your mattresses?

HI Mate.

Yes the breakfasts can be a bit hefty I guess, as for the Golf it is great to get into out here and a peacful day out from all the hustle 7 bustle of the City.

The beds they are 6 footers I believe, normal King size, some are 6 foot approx 2 meters some are 6'6" depends on the room, I hope this helps.

Cheers Dave

Yes Dave that (sort of) helps. LOL

The biggest popup (non supported) one I could find is here:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mosinet-Double-Bed-Pop-Up/dp/B000R2DPNU/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&s=sports&qid=1249957863&sr=8-18

According to the website:

'Fits large single twin beds as well as standard double beds'

'It will fit mattresses up to a maximum width of 160cms (63") and maximum length 200cms (79")'

6 ft = 72" in old money I believe. ;-)

Cheers for the info!

Fore!!!

Cheers Dave you've helped enough!

If 6' 6" = 78" is within the max length of 79", it should cover the mattress.

Looking at your rooms, the beadhead is fixed to the wall anyway, so the mattress measurements are the way to go.

Don't know about the width, could you check it out?

Cheers

They are pretty square so 6'6" and no the headboards are not fixed, I guess the only beds not good for this net is room 7A & 12A as they have 4 posters.
