Any info or experiences with this fairly new hotel guys ???

 

Looks nice & appears well in some Agoda pics but any guys here have first hand facts ???

page 10 is on Soi 10 and Siam@Siam is on Soi 2 North Pattaya opposite the Central Center and the BigC.

I stayed there for my last 4 nights in March, paid 73 dollars a night, I believe it had been open only a month, lovely room all nice and new, shitty balcony, standing room only, very very good food I thoroughly enjoyed, I believe they do a sunday seafood buffet which I've been told is very good also. 1st night I took a girl back, at reception whilst giving in her ID they asked me for I seem to remember 500bht, to be honest I'd had a few drink's & in a pleasant enough way told them I had booked my room for 2 people, we were 2 people lol Ok I know that person is supposed to check in with you but hey ho, didn't pay that night & they left me alone for the other nights too, even brought one girl who had come to the hotel upto my room.. Happy dayzzzz & nightzzzz

 

I won't stay there again until I hear no joiner fee, as i am in no need to put my point across again as there are many other hotels who don't charge I will however eat there I liked the restaurant 

...

P.s. i liked this one... they cleaned my room at 7pm evening as i had had a very long lay in after a monster night & 5pm the next, no problem at all, thought that was a nice touch....

Thanks guys it sounds nice but new.

 

Will take a look at it.

 

Watched it get built but clocked it on Agoda.com for about £47 per night for 2 persons with breakfast & had to ask here.

 

Chris Los sounds like you had a good stay any pics of the hotel ????

I think the second thread you have pointed out to me is good with excellent pics.

 

Sure shows it of well.

 

That said still thinking is it worth me doing a thread with my opinion. pics & twist.
