thinking of booking a flight with air france....is it a good air line to try

I used them many times in Super Economy class, They are OK. Had some good deals in the past but I use Swiss Air these days.

thanks guy99....I used air france 3  years ago....the plane was a bit old ...seat a bit cramped...just trying to find out ,if they  are using newer plane's

I have used them ofeten and they are no better or worse than most of the majors. From Manchester i prefer them over Emirates etc as shorter flight time

The business lounge at CDG is crap

used them on last 2 trips    great value for money imo.

 

short hop to cdg or ams  depending on klm codeshare,  prefer both hubs to heathrow anyday.

never flown biz class, so cant comment on crapness !

 

any airline that gives out more wine than water has to be admired.

They are ok, but if you can get a comparable price with a middle eastern airline (Emirates, Qatar, Ethiad etc), I would go for them - much better airlines for the money.

 

Transfers at CDG are a real pain, it is one of the most confusing terminals I've had the misfortune to go through!

Stay informed, Air France and CDG Airport are known for their strikes

thanks for all the info.....fare's are coming in at £666 in January..so I might take a punt.....like the idea of more wine than water

            are they still using older plane's ?
