No it's not what your girlfriend says it's a new bar/restaurant on the 1st Floor of the Jomtien complex, Thappraya Road.

 

Tried it a couple of times and was impressed. It's a nice (romantic!) setting with live music and big screen TV.

 

The food is good and reasonably priced. I had the Filet Mignon. I'm no steak expert but it tasted great and was only 250 baht.  They also have a promotion a free 1 litre jug of beer with a 3 litre tower at 390 baht.
