Can someone explain the big difference between Economy and Premium Economy?

 

It's about a $500 difference from NY and I would like get some experiences from people who have flown Thai Air.

premium is a little bigger seat, more legroom 42" compared to 36" in economy. Middle section is 3 seats instead of 4

I need a woman who loves me for my money but doesn't understand math too well
