every time when want to upload a picture, it say's upload failed.

whats the problem here.is there something i do wrong?

As Panudate says it was caused by a software update. Due to the size of the forum the update takes many hours and we have to wait until it finishes.

Thanks for the information admin, i thought it was my 11 year old laptop, and yes its still runging!
