Im coming to pattaya for the first time in july, hope to play some golf, whats the dress code and could you recommend a good golf course to play

The best way to play golf in Pattaya is with a group from many of the bars that run golf from them. They arrange transport for you, fit you in a group or if you are with friends you are grouped together. Look www.ipgc.org its has all the info.

 

Dress code polo shirt and shorts, no spikes. Best courses in my opinion Emerald, Khao Kheow and Burapha, good layout and value for money.

the golf is superb in pattaya, try pheonix, green valley or laem chabang thats a bit pricey though, but well worth a look

By all accounts you can do that as well as playing golf although getting a BJ can seriously affect your swing and no shagging on your oppents putting line.

How much for taking a course??

Can one get the green card in Patts,that is valid in for example Sweden???

I know that Plutalong (?sp?) (aka the Navy Course) in Sattahip has a resident Falang Golf Pro. Not sure of the costs though.

 

I played at Plutalong 4 times during my last holiday with Hawaii Bob's group. You might want to check his thread for details. It was great fun, and it is nice having a caddie. Some really know the greens well.
