I'll be arriving on March 7.

 

As I surf the web, for some reason, I found Pattaya Express - a taxi service to Pattaya. It seems to be set up by a Russian dude. http://www.pattaya-express.com/

 

Has anyone ever used this company before?

Used it. Happy to report it is value for money and the taxi driver was there to pick me up with my name on his sign. It was a normal trip to Pattaya from Don Muang. I'm still alive, for which I am very much thankful.

 

These services apparently just book a taxi in Thailand. They serve as middlemen, which is why the rate is usually a bit more than usual. But at THB1500 - I have no complaints. I offered to pay for the tolls, otherwise it MIGHT have been included in the price as the driver was not expecting me to pay.
