Hey I want to book a visa run from Bangkok to Phnom Penh. So far I've only found these.. None are very cheap.

Bangkok Air - 6,000 return

Air Asia - 5,000 return

Air Cambo - 8,500 return

I need to go around May 10th. Any other options?

Thanks

Keep plugging away on Kayak. They'll show you all the fares. A good price for Air Asia is 4-5000B (rt) and CAA is 6-7000  The AA sale is still on, you might want to take a look. If the prices are close, it's better to fly CAA into BKK as you have the option of the train. ps: on the DMK-PNH route the cheapest fares are usually on Tu, Wed, & Sat both ways.

Bangkok Air have the most a Flights I think 4 per Day but they are the best Airline and if you can get their Flight for 6,000baht your doing well,Air Asia I try to avoid at all costs they will stick it up you at every chance,I use these only in emergency,CAA anew Airline joint venture with Vietnam and my choice of Airline going to PP,new Aircraft and pleasant Flight,I have not seen their prices at more than 5,300-5,400฿ any time somI suggest you check them again, also the positives of Bangkok Air and Cambodia Air they both Fly out of Swampy.

Air Asia is fine and good value, I did this trip 3 weeks ago...........about 4500 or so

Also they go from the old airport Don Muang and Immigration and security took less than 10 mins, both ways

The only things A.A. "Stick you for" is anything you eat and drink if you restrict yourself to hand baggage only

One tip you can pay a little more..200 B for a hot seat which is near the front, or you can try for the first row behind them.

Reason is that the Cambodian Immigration is so slow processing your visa if you don't get there near the front you will wait ages.

Oh and they fingerprint you in and out now...........No problem.

Be prepared for many backpackers in P.P............................. :68:

I just booked a flight 3 weeks out on Air Asia, which I have flown numerous times. I paid 3370 baht round trip from DMK to PNH. The trick is booking in advance. I booked about 21 days ahead of my departure date. My price includes tax and all. Air Asia seems to always have the best price from my experiences. Enjoy your trip.

Less than $200 return is not expensive, if you think about it.

Just put in dates for the 9th - 11th of May for Air Asia and this is the price that come up.

If you're not set on Cambodia, DMK to KUL is about 3000 baht round trip with AirAsia.

Earlier I recommended Kayak - fuck 'em. They've worked well for me in the past, but not now. I was just looking to get back to BKK and the cheapest fare they showed was $400 on Jetstar. Cambodia Angkor showed $600 +. I knew this was bullshit, so I went to the CAA site and the RT was $170. Kayak wasn't picking up the promo prices (which are pretty constant). The Air Asia (DMK) prices were accurate though.

I usually get an E-visa online for $25 and miss out the visa line, just go straight to passport control. Much easier and quicker, plus you don't waste a full page of your passport with the visa sticker.
