Any Colombians living in other countries gotten Thai tourist visas?

Im a Colombian citizen, but have been living in US for 8 years. However, I am here currently on a student visa. I was wondering if I could apply for a Thai visa through the Thai embassy here in the US even though my passport is from Colombia, or if I have to go to the Thai embassy in bogota. Thanks!!

Why ask here? Just ask the Thai embassy/ consulate near you.
