Need to buy XXL Full Face Helmet

I witnessed a high speed accident between two motorcycles today in Jomtien. It reminded me that I really need to buy a full face helmet.

 

I guess I have a big head compared to Thais so I need an XXL helmet.

 

I visited a few stores on Pattaya Tai today but all they had was M,L & XL sizes.

 

Anyone know of any big stores with lots of stock of large helmets here in Pattaya?

Duno about a big head compared to Thais Matey but you got a Big Head by Bloody Western standards also 555555555555

 

I am sure a full face lid will not save you much in the event of an RTA but best bet would be a proper Dealership or the Web

 

Sure there is a place up on 3rd Road somewhere but for the life of my cannot recall the whereabouts

only places that I know of with international brands are in Bkk,

 

one of the big bike places in Pats might have something, second hand stuff is around on the net but that's a pita unless its in pattaya.

 

as you've found everything is 1 or so sizes out here, I use L but need XL in Thai brands, I don't know if they make XXL?

I don't know how good that delivery system there in Thailand but amazon.com always some good deals on full face helmets. I have a abnormally big head and order a xxxxl full face mod helmet and it fit perfect might look into them.

If you are talking about thai XXL (which is about the same as Arai L or XL), REAL helmets for about 2500bht are available at Kawasaki Big Bike shop on Sukumvit Rd between Klang and Tai. There is also a good selection at a small bike shop on Pattaya Tai Rd, at the junction of Soi Kophai.

Actually I just want a local cheap one (even though I posted a pic of a Shoei)

 

I found some in XXL, but they didn't fit my head shape properly. I was hoping for a shop with a bigger range. 

 

Perhaps I'll check out the Honda dealers

Yep one of those REAL is what I'm after.. I'll check out the Kawasaki dealer thanks.. I think the other you mentioned I already visited today.. Only about 3-4 helmets in my size.

Knowing thai weather I don't think you'll be wearing it very long... Got a full face helmet here in Holland as well but Thailand...
