Caffein capsules or/and pre-work-out/energy pills?

Hi guys!

I like to start the day with a run. Back home I've bought pure 200mg caffein pills - equals a big black coffe - to use before the run. Quick energy, and no coffe making trubble in your stomach ;)

Visited like 20 pharmacies today, but couldn't find any.

Any ideas?

ive been using this pre-workout mix for months and am quite happy with it, and its healthier than shitloads of caffeine

it provides steady non-jittery energy, and a really pumped feeling while working out.

i just mix it into the water bottle im taking to the gym and then i start drinking it on my walk to the gym and continue to drink while working out.

its loaded with BCAAs that help performance and recovery.

that shop offers free shipping within thailand and usually arrives in 2 days, ive ordered from them several times...50% cheaper than buying locally in pattaya.

No energy in coffee of course, just makes you feel like you've got more energy, so surely running on a very empty stomach (8 hours with no fuel?) is going to burn a good portion of muscle too. I would try to eat something, even just half a banana. For most folk, any type of shake digests pretty quickly.

If you really need them, I would try a health food shop. There is one in naklua (on the right hand side as you come from dolphin roundabout) and probably others around that i've never noticed.

I've been on A big cellucor kick of late. They have two pre workout supplements and I have used both. C4 which has creatine and NO Extreme which is pretty much the same as C4 less the creatine. Both have been great as I used the c4 during a bulk and now running the NO for a lean out.

Should be able to get them via amazon in Thailand. Both products have been great as they provide solid energy and no jitters or nausea.
