They have managed to piss me of 3 times in 24 hours. First they forgot to pick me up at the airport, wich was included in the price. And i send them a confirmation 3 days ahead. Second the so called Master suite, 68 sqm stated on the internetsite was about half the size. When i asked them they just replied, it is master suite over and over. Third u fill in a paper saying what kind of breakie u want and what time u want it. Never came any breakie. When we went down about 11.30 to go out they just asked me if we wanted breakie now.

Never going to stay at this hotel again ever. Hate being ripped of when i know for less money i could have stayed at the Dynasty Grande.

At 3500bt a night you would expect top service in LOS!I bet they charge a decent joiner fee on top as well?

I have stayed at the Key on two occasions, and both times i stayed in the standard room, the rooms were different both times, the first time i was very impressed with how good it was for 1800 baht per night, no window but honestly didn't even care. The second time i was disappointed in comparison, but it was still far better than anything else i have stayed in close to that price in the area. I didn't have to worry about breakfast or pick ups etc, but the room was great, and free wifi.

 

Oh and no Joiner fee when i was there

 

edit: I just read on another forum that The Key does have joiner fee about 800 baht, so i guess maybe i just got lucky, or maybe the reception girl just didn't care to charge it, she certainly knew about the girl because i took her to the desk expecting them to at least want her id, but they didn't even take that.
