Mackem Stu where abouts in Sunderland are you from. I lived in South Shields, not too far from you. I really dont know why they bother with cannabis.....nearly every sad person in the northeast smokes it (slight exageration) and it is now class C, I would only go after people if they where using it as part of organised crime to fund other dangerous or serious crimes, but someone sitting in there home smoking a joint is hardly worth the time and money to take then to court.
