I'd have thought the reasons why he doesn't want to stick the names out on a forum are obvious.

 

Equally, if someone is genuinely a prospective buyer, why would they want him to?

 

Just email him as he requested.

I am not interested , I can not think of any time in the past 5 years when there was IMO a worst time to buy a Go Go or bar.

 

If you would like any good comments on your establishment then you need to name it here, equally if it is ( in the opinion of the BM here  crap  it will get a thumbs down).

I don't know who is pissing in the wind, but if you had 3 AGoGos to sell, would you really name them on here, knowing how constructive the replies would be (absolutely feckin not)?

 

Some BMs are just queuing up hoping to take potshots without the slightest chance that they could actually buy an AGoGo anyway.

 

For any who are not, how difficult is it to send an email?

As, I suppose these 3 GGs are currently up and running, it would be rather silly to say which ones they are - if they are closed though it wouldnt be - but then again it would be obvious which ones they were.

 

If someones actually serious and has the money then email the guy - if not then dont. 

 

Im sure some guys just want to know for the sake of knowing - nothing more.

It would be good to know  the approximate location and what the cost would be.

 

Personally I am looking for a street side shop in a busy area for a retail shop and I would consider anything that can be converted.

2. Asking price range

3. Size of each one

4. Estimates of rent, key money and sales, profits, 

5. Number of girls and arrangements.

 

As a buyer, i need to see if its in my price range and in my ability, no point wasting time sending emails if out of my reach.

 

 

Really do not see a point of hiding all the information, its like selling a house without giving out number of beds, price or anything else
