Awesome high-end computer for someone, brand new, built yesterday, tons of extras.

I'm getting ready to move fairly soon and realized I had enough high-end extra parts laying around my office still in boxes to build a really awesome gaming machine for someone, it would also be fantastic for work, video editing, or someone who simply wants a completely ridiculous desk setup. I have too many machines at the moment myself and can't take everything with me, I'll likely be posting some more things here later in the week. I have 3 really nice giant 27" Samsung LED screens for example, one of which I've never really used and will be including with this machine. I don't know whether anyone's interested in higher end computers but I decided since I had so many really great parts already, I went to Tukcom and bought everything else needed for a really awesome setup. I purchased what I'd buy for myself, thought the build of the machine out really well and had it all professionally assembled yesterday. About half the parts I had already, most still in boxes unopened, expensive platinum rated power supply, awesome video card, gaming ram, and the remaining things I spent a bunch buying brand new yesterday (awesome quadcore processor, motherboard, brand new 1TB western digital caviar hard drive, etc).

I also bought a really nice brand new quiet gaming case, and I don't even remember how many fans, the end result is fantastic and you have this super powerful computer that's almost completely silent.

So it's a brand new machine, built yesterday, pristine, not even a finger smudge on it, fresh Windows 7 and all Nvidia graphics drivers fully updated, half the parts bought brand new yesterday, and half the parts found sitting in my office that I didn't even realize I had. I'll give a breakdown of what the machine contains for anyone familiar with things like that. Basically, even going by the cheapest online websites, newegg and amazon etc, if you were to buy just the pieces alone at the lowest price available for each, and somehow didn't have to pay tax or vat or shipping, and assembled the whole thing yourself, it's still about 60,000 baht worth of just pieces alone, I can't imagine what a TukCom or high-end shop would charge for the exact same setup as 60k would more or less be their costs for just the parts.

Also, since I have so much extra stuff I need to get rid of, I decided to include a bunch of extra things along with the machine so someone could have a really great full setup. So I'm including an awesome 27" thin Samsung LED screen that I can't take with me (6 months old, sat on a desk unused because I realized three 27" inch screens was a bit silly), brand new Canon photo printer/scanner combo modded so ink can be refilled at Tukcom cheaply (with full ink, used it 2 or 3 times to scan things), a set of Creative Lab speakers with subwoofer, and I'll buy a new Logitech keyboard and mouse today if I'm over near Tukcom.

Here's some of what the machine contains along with the lower online costs (not Tukcom costs)...

Really nice ultra quiet high-end gaming case + fans - 3,500

Intel i5 Quadcore Processor (3.1Ghz / 3.3Ghz Turbo) - 7,000

8GB Corsair Vengeance Gaming Ram - 4,000

700 Watt Platinum Rated Power Supply - 7,000

Asus Nvidia Geforce GTX 670 Video Card (4GB / 2 cooling fans) - 13,000

Really nice motherboard - 6,500

DVD Super Writemaster Drive (Dvd Reader/Writer) - 2,000

Western Digital Caviar 1TB Hard Drive - 3,300

Samsung Thin 27" LED Screen - 12,000

Windows 7 Installed, All Nvidia Software/Drivers Installed

Approximately: 58,000+ baht without vat/tax/shipping for just pieces un-assembled.

Also including the following for free...

Creative Labs Speakers with Subwoofer

Canon Photo Printer / Scanner Combo (modded to take cheaper Tukcom refill ink)

New Keyboard and Mouse and a long Gaming Keyboard/Mouse pad I've never used.

Everything in the photo below is included, the screen is hilariously giant (27") but the photo doesn't do a great job of showing that because the over-sized gaming case next to it is equally giant and probably a good 2 feet tall :)

If anyone's interested in the machine let me know, it can be picked up in Pratumnak and I'll give you a demo of how crazy it is, it's brand new as of yesterday and all I've done with it is made sure all of the Nvidia graphic drivers were installed properly and up to date, the machine's blazing fast, video quality is incredible, I haven't played any games on it obviously but for someone who plays high-end 3D games they would look ridiculous on this and you could play at max settings. The video card is already setup for dual monitors, plus has HDMI outputs for anyone who's interested in that, a single 27" Samsung however is already pretty overkill, ha.

Since it was just built yesterday I still have the box for the case and all the foam packaging so it'd be relatively easy to transport.

With everything I'm including I think we're at around 70,000 baht worth of just parts and extras, but since I had a lot of it sitting in my office I'd like to ask 44,000 Baht for everything included, I may take less but given that it's literally brand new and pristine as of yesterday, hasn't been used by anyone yet etc, and knowing what I spent just yesterday alone I think that's a pretty fantastic deal for someone who knows what the setup is worth.

Let me know if anyone's interested, I should be around today and most of the week, have a great day and take care.

I would be interested in just one of the monitors if you want to split them up - as you said 2x 27" is a bit overkill :)

I'll likely have an extra before I leave, I'll make a note of your screenname and try my best not to forget, I paid 12-13k each about 6 months ago or so, I'd give you a good deal though as it's one of those things that aren't all that fun to fly with, really great screens. I only use 1 myself at the moment, 1 is pretty perfect, anything more than that gets a bit silly at that size, I had been using 2 for a while but it looked like I was sitting behind a wall at my desk, ha.

Also, to those interested in the gaming machine, it's not something I'd want to ship anywhere as the parts are expensive and I don't know how much care the Thai postal service would show to it, and if it's hurled from the back of a truck once or twice it probably won't run as well :)

So it would have to be picked up in Pratumnak, have a great day and take care.
