A friend got from a Pharmacy a capsule (2 for 200 baht) which he understood to be another make of Viagra or at least for the same purpose. He probably told the Pharmacist that Kamagra gives him a headache.

 

He said he tried one and it worked. He is in his 60s. He gave me one to try but i noticed it said 300mg  so the warning sign went up.. The pack was all in Thai so could not read what it was. I did a Google and the results all in Thai  but from a diagram it seems to be some sort of Chinese herbal drug. I don't suppose one would do you any harm.

 

Anyone know anything about it.

Nothing to do with kamagra . Just some ginseng and herbs .

If a 60 year old takes 300mg of Viagra/kamagra he would probably have a heartattack .

Kamagra does seem to give me a mild, but 24 hour headache. Is this kinda normal - a better alternative?

Wow, that's one very versatile drug. On Kamagra, even 30mg works but still get 24 hour headache, time to change I think.

Well if it does all that it seems a good buy at 100 baht for 1 x 300mg capsule as long as you don't need one everyday.

Lots of herbal medicines have unintended side effects. Unless you're really sure what it is, I would stay away. At least viagra is an approved drug with linformation about what it can do to a healthy person. The headache is a natural result of the way the drug works, dilating the blood vessels. I don't think you can get the effect you want without suffering such a side effect. The only thing you can do is cut down the dosage to an absolute minimum to minimize the headache side effect. And, of course, take an aspirin.
