anyone suggest a good hotel on soi 7 area ,come april 18th till middle august been three times know my way around,was thinking pig and whistle , but dont know away lads help us out lol,

Hi Griffinz. stayed in the Flipper Lodge on the corner of Soi7, about 1000B a night, lovely pool up on roof, view of beach from there, was christmas when i was there and it was booked out so i was lucky to get a small room, plenty of posts about it here if you do a search, also tripadvisor.com i think has lots of reviews

sorry i was pissed, flipper lodge is on Soi8......

Stayed at Eastiny 7 in Mar/Apr of this year and liked the room...I was in a delux/superior rm on the side facing Pattaya Klang (central rd)...still got some noise from the bar with the red hanging lanterns in front (on the road connecting Klang and soi 7), but probably not as much as the rooms facing soi 7...some of the pluses were the in-rm safe, free internet in room, bathtub/shower, balcony, lge bed, indiv. control for air con, pool, etc...hope this helps

Stayed at Flipper House on Soi 7 last March. Excellent hotel for 1200THB per night. Hotel is girl friendly, rooms are clean with A/C, fridge, TV etc. Good sized bed. Pig and Whistle is 50yds away. They serve great English food. Loads of beer bars on Soi 7 and Soi 8.
