Insanity Workout DVDs

Hi all,

Not sure if this program is much good but a few people seem to be using it etc..

Why not go to a gym you say? Due to work  site / camp based for few weeks at a time no gym,facilities etc could maybe use this to try and stay someway fit

 

just wondering if anyone seen dvd  copies around town (decent ones if possible)!!! or if someone has it on hard drive and can maybe pass on for a few baht of course

there's a million copies of it on piratebay - i've just checked. You know how to download from there?

 

seems to be the latest craze, but underpinned by the high intensity principles, which are solid and proven.

Yes, piratebay has the torrent link for the full insanity workout. alternatively torrentbit.net has the torrent.

 

To get the file for insanity, you need to download a torrent client and install it.

 

Utorrent works well.
